Emma Roberts opened up to The Times on what she would do for a movie, and how it bothers her what she does is seen as bad: ‘I would show my back and my butt on camera, but I would never go topless. Going topless is so tasteless, and I prefer to leave all that stuff to people’s imagination.’ On being in the spotlight:
‘You feel very adult, sitting in London with a glass of wine, but because you’re not allowed to do it in LA, it is seen as bad.‘ On her smoking habits: ‘It’s just kind of tough that I’m not allotted any room to make mistakes. I smoke occasionally. But because it’s me, it’s like, ‘Oh my God! You’re a terrible influence’.’

While Lindsay Lohan is going through a very difficult time, it seems as though people close to her are reaching out their hands of support to help Lindsay though the heartache. According to the Examiner, America Ferrera has been there for the saddened star, often having lengthy phone calls and motivation advice.
Despite only working on a few episodes of Ugly Betty together, America Ferrera and Lindsay Lohan still talk. This weekend, America and Lindsay talked for two hours on their cell phones as America tried to comfort Lindsay, telling her that she doesn’t want to see Lindsay end up like Britney Spears did a year ago.
America told Lindsay that she needs to have fun, but not by going to clubs since it will force her to drink more. Unfortunately, Lindsay didn’t take America’s advice since she has been seen going from club to club. America also recommended for Lindsay to talk to her sister, Ali, whom she’s not close to anymore. “Reconciling with a family member is very beneficial when you lose someone else, ” America told Lindsay, who just ended her relationship with Samantha Ronson.
I really hope that Lindsay is able to find stability and happiness without substance abuse. There’s pleanty of positive people that she knows, hopefully she can break away from the ‘fake’ friends who allow her to drink from club to club, and hear the hard, honest truth from someone who cares about her; someone like America.

Friends of singer Rihanna are concerned that the 21-year-old star has adopted a lifestyle of drinking and clubbing, and indulging in “reckless behavior” to cope with her domestic violence scandal with singer Chris Brown.
A NOW tipster tattles: “Rihanna’s really mixed up. Because she feels so distressed and helpless about the situation with Chris, she’s trying to take back some control by getting wasted and behaving recklessly. Partying stops her being left alone with her thoughts and depression.”
Rihanna enjoyed a binge drinking session duringa recent night out at Les Deux Café in West Hollywood
“Every time a waitress passed with shots, Rihanna would help herself to one. She was drinking them like they were water,” an eyewitness tells NOW. “She wants everyone to think that she’s over what happened and is getting on with her life, but inside she’s tormented. She often can’t sleep and when she does, she has nightmares.”

If Rihanna isn’t over what happened to her ( as she shouldn’t), in my opinion she should cooperate with the LAPD to ensure that Chris has steps taken to make sure he will not abuse Rihanna or other females in the future. Binge Drinking as well as violence is never the answer. I hope she can start to deal with the situation instead of hiding behind a bottle. She’s a beautiful, talented young star and deserves much more out of life.

Most of them are over the legal drinking age so it isn’t an issue, but these recent pictures of the Jonas Brothers having a party serving what appears to be beer to their guests is just a necessary post. For their clean image, I thought I would never see them come close to alcohol, let alone serve it at the bathing suit only beach. Kevin Jonas’s girlfriend, Danielle, along with others consume cups full in clear plastic while Joe somehow finds the need to have a styrofoam cup hide his beverage. Beer is the only drink being served in the images…have something hiding in there Joe?
