A Rocket To The Moon’s tour video for ‘On Your Side’ featuring footage from the past months on the OP Presents tour.
Artist: A Rocket To The Moon
Recipe: Grandma Shirley’s Mac & Cheese
8 oz package of elbow noodles
8 oz Cottage Cheese
8 oz Sour Cream
8 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
1/2 cup bread crumbs
Mix all above ingredients in a large bowl (minus the noodles and bread crumbs).
Boil elbow noodles until they are al dente.
In a large casserole dish, mix together noodles and cheese mixture. Spread evenly, then top with bread crumbs. Bake in the oven at 300 degrees for 20-25 minutes, until the bread crumbs are golden brown. Let cool, then serve!
*Note- It’s been a long-standing bone of contention in my family that the mac & cheese is better after it has set for a day or two. Some agree, some don’t. Try for yourselves and let me know what you prefer!
