Jayda sent in her pictures from last night’s premiere, and wrote in about what it was like being near the purple carpet:
My friend Emiko and I waited on the south side of Hollywood Blvd. about 50 or so feet from the guest check-in. This was the nicest premiere/event to wait at because it was in the shade most of the day and the crowd was pretty evenly distributed. I met Nicole Anderson (who stopped only for me!), the G-Girlz, Andrew Lee from Honor Society, Michael Peterson, Allisyn Arms, Roshon Fegan, Katelyn Tarver and Tiffany Thornton. I was within arms reach of Demi Lovato, Brandon Smith, Emily Osment, Jason Dolley, Jordan Pruitt and Jason Earles, but they were all in too much of a rush to stop and take pictures. I also saw Nate Hartley and my friend Ryan Newman from the new Disney XD show Zeke and Luther. We waited until about 6:45 and then went to change into nicer clothes in hopes that we would find and get into the after party. Rumor was that the after party was on the 5th floor at Hollywood & Highland (like most other Disney premieres) so we went to scope it out until the movie ended. When the movie was over, we went to the crosswalk where the stars were crossing to go to their limos and ran into Ryan again. We searched high and low with Movie Surfer Michael Peterson to find the party, but it was nowhere to be found. For whatever reason, the party ended up being at the House of Blues on the Sunset Strip. Either way, it was a fun event and probably one of my better fan experiences.

Our good friend Emily was lucky enough to attend the MovieFone Q&A earlier this week with the Jonas Brothers. Here’s what she had to say about the interview, and their 3D movie!:
I won the moviefone contest and i got to go to a private screening for the jonas brothers 3d movie. the movie itself is amazing! you really feel like youre there and you cant help but to sing, dance and clap along. all the behind the scenes clips are awesome and you see that silly side of the boys we all know and love. they have a new song called “love is on its way” and its my new favorite! as crazy as it sounds it beats please me mine, its that good! it has a more mature tone to it which is why i think i like it so much. i cant wait till the soundtrack comes out so i can listen to it over and over again. i dont want to give away too much of the movie but i know everyone already knows about the shirtless scene … haha umm … just be ready to squeal!! 🙂
after the movie we got to go to the unscripted interview with the boys. we were given cut outs of their heads on sticks which was great but also a little creepy. haha. unfortunately they ran out of kevins so i didnt get one. when the boys came out they said hello and joe asked us to hold up the heads so of course we did and kevin says ok put them down its a little creepy. haha, if you think about it, it really is. imagine a group of people having cut outs of your head! during the interview a couple of the girls got to ask the boys their own personal questions while the other questions the boys asked each other. the interview is one of the best interviews since the early shine on media interviews. in this interview the we finally see the happy, silly sides to the boys we have missed. the interview will be on moviefone. com on feb.23 so make sure you watch it.

The Jonas Brothers talk about writting their latest single, ‘Tonight’ with Garbo and show more clips from their 3D movie, filmed mostly from their performances at the Honda Center in California last July. They’re showing so much of the movie, there won’t be much new features to actually see in the theatres by the time it releases next month.
The Jonas Brothers updated their official blog with a post on surprising fans at a special Jonas Brothers: 3D the Movie screening:
“Hey everyone! We just wanted to write to you and thank you for another amazing week. You continue to allow us to LIVE THE DREAM. We have been busy with our new TV show. It is doing so well and we think it will be out in MAY. Our cast is amazing. The writing is so funny and smart.”
We cannot wait for you to see it. This week we were able to attend a truly historic event in Washington.. The Inauguration of our new President!!! We performed at a special Kids Inaugural Concert. It was so cool to see the First Family singing and dancing to our music. They were so amazing to us.
This is a memory we will keep for the rest of our lives. Today we went to a special screening of our new 3D movie in the Dallas Texas area. We sent out a special invitation to our Official Jonas Brothers Fan Club – TEAM JONAS. They had no idea we were coming to see it too.
It was so exciting to walk into the room and see tons of fans wearing JB T-Shirts, clapping and singing all the songs. It was like being at a concert but better! We have lots of things planned this year. We cannot wait to share the entire year with you. Let’s make this the best year ever! Thanks for everything! Kevin, Joe & Nick

The latest ad to promote the Jonas Brothers 3D movie out 2.27.09
Of all the pictures they could have used for Demi Lovato, they chose one in unflattering colors, not her best view, and one where she is sweaty and tired. Who chose this!?! Demi Lovato is beautiful, and it is very rare to find an unflattering picture of the singer, but somehow they managed to do so. The picture should have looked more like these:
