Despite deleting her Twitter for a period of time, Miley Cyrus’ Twitter account has reached a new milestone, 7 million followers and counting. The star who posts frequent pictures of her dogs, nails, and every day life has only been back on Twitter for a year, and already has one of the most followers on the social media site.

Miley Cyrus celebrates her 18th birthday this month, and opened up on what she may do for the special day.
‘I’m not going to go crazy; [just] have a fun party and then maybe take a vacation with my family, that would be really cool. We need time to all be together.
So that would be rad if we could all go to the beach or something. ..[I have] no idea [where we’re going]; somewhere near water. I’m a water baby; I have to be near the water and I love doing scuba and going out and being on a boat.’
Miley Cyrus spoke to the Montreal Gazette explaining her decision to end Hannah Montana after this season:
“You don’t want it to grow up too much, where the younger audience feel they can’t watch the show anymore. But also, [don’t] go backwards and make it so young that you lose the older fans that you have. It’s just kind of come to a point where there’s not much more we could do with [the show].”
Miley is focusing on her career as an adult actress, a transformation she understands isn’t easy to take for many fans.
“I want to be a role model and have people look up to me, but this also doesn’t mean that I am not going to live the way that I want to live,” she said. “I’m going to grow up at some point, and I’ve always been honest about that.”
Miley Cyrus opened up to OK! Magazine on being compared to pop star Britney Spears constantly.
‘I get that all the time. I try to look at everything in my life as positive. I can either look at it and say it’s negative, and look at the things she’s done wrong, and say, ‘How can someone compare me to her?’
Or, I could be the positive person and look at all the amazing history that she’s made, and the things that she’s accomplished, and I’ll take it as a compliment. I choose to take it as a compliment.’
We think it’s definitely a complement!
Liam Hemsworth’s romantic moments all come from movies.
The 19-year-old actor’s girlfriend Miley Cyrus – who he started dating when they met on the set of ‘The Last Song’ – admits she can no longer take his gestures of love seriously after realizing he was copying the characters he has played.
She said: “He got really lucky because he got put in a Nicholas Sparks movie, which makes you think he is romantic . but then you realize everything he’s saying he’s filming the next day, and it’s all scripted!”
Miley recently revealed she fell for the Australian actor when they had their first on-screen kiss while filming ‘The Last Song’.
She said: “That kiss definitely triggered something. It triggered something in my head that made me realize this was going to be a lot of fun and it made me realize that one day you can feel bad and the next you can meet someone who is your soulmate or your best friend or whatever and that’s really cool.”

Country music legend Dolly Parton thinks Miley Cyrus has staying power and wishes people would ease up on their criticism while she “finds her way,” the buxom mega-star said Wednesday in an interview with Fox News Channel.
“I’ve known her since she was a baby,” Parton said. “I hate it when people criticize her.”
Cyrus, the daughter of “Achy Breaky Heart” singer Billy Ray Cyrus, is Parton’s “honorary goddaughter.”
“I mean, we never had a ceremony or nothing,” Parton, 64, laughed before praising Cyrus’ talent. “She is a great singer; she has a great voice. She’s a great little entertainer and she can speak to you like she is 50 years old.”
Cyrus, 17, has been widely criticized for her risque outfits and adult shenanigans. Earlier in the month, video of the teen sensation performing an impromptu lap dance on a much older colleague went viral.
But country music’s reigning queen thinks Cyrus is just a teenager struggling to grow up in the international spotlight who has a very bright future ahead of her.
“She’ll land in the right place. I really know she has everything it takes. She is just trying to find her way and she will.”

Ashley Greene, who plays Alice Cullen in the “Twilight” movies, and “Hung” star Thomas Jane are in negotiations to join Miley Cyrus and Demi Moore in “LOL,” Mandate’s English-language remake of the French comedy. Also joining the cast are Ashley Hinshaw and George Finn.
The story centers on a teenage girl (Cyrus) who is dumped by her more sexually experienced boyfriend (Finn) while her divorcee mother (Moore) struggles to move on with her life.
Greene will play a high school bad girl, and Jane will be Cyrus’ father.
Hinshaw will play Cyrus’ best friend. Douglas Booth has already been cast as Cyrus’ love interest.

Miley Cyrus moved up quite a bit in this years Forbes Top Earning Celebrities list as the seventeen year old brought in $48 million dollars last year alone.
She’s the teen star behind Disney’s lucrative Hannah Montana franchise that has now matured into a serious entertainment draw, averaging a nightly gross box office of $1.2 million across 57 tour dates. A starring role in the movie The Last Song, heavy radio play for her hit “Party in the U.S.A.” and her cut from all of those Disney shirts with her face on them add up to a large bump over her earnings from last year.
Miley Cyrus came in at #13, just one spot behind Taylor Swift who made $3 million less, but ranked higher given her copyright infringement issues are still pending.

Miley Cyrus is preparing for the end of her Disney TV show ‘Hannah Montana’ but as she wants to continue working in movies and music, can’t see the point in finishing her education yet.
She said: “My sister went to college for two years and then decided she wants to be a musician and now she is a musician.
“I just already know what I want to do and if there is ever a time where I want to go back, I can.
“I learned that from my grandma. She went to college at 67 and graduated at 70 and was a teacher from then. She’s 77 now, so you can go whenever you want.”
Miley recently splashed out on a $3.4 million Los Angeles property that she will move into when she turns 18 in November and can’t wait to have her own space.
She added: “I’ve bought my house and I want to decorate it the way I want and I think I worked really hard to be able to have a place that is purely my environment and exactly the way I envision – kind of like a serene, tranquil place that can just be my space.”

Forbes is recognizing teens for their hard work, and naturally Miley Cyrus and Justin Bieber are listed among the 11 Most Successful Teen Celebrity Entrepreneurs.
We’re not surprised that Miley, Justin or any of the other teen stars on the list made the cut. Forbes considered celebs who have been able to balance careers in multiple industries — music, film, TV, publishing and fashion — while also finding time for charity work on the side.
Miley is one of the biggest examples of a teen sensation who has managed to score deals in nearly every category. Her success with Hannah Montana skyrocketed, and was the basis for her non-Disney singing and acting pursuits.
Justin on the other hand is recognized for his impressive Internet skills. As you all know, the 16-year-old pop singer launched his career using YouTube, and created a huge fan community on Twitter and Facebook that has set off the Bieber Fever epidemic.
