Taylor Swift released her first set of American Greetings cards earlier this year, and now the 20-year-old star has a whole new collection of stationery that’s perfectly suited for the summer.

Written and inspired by the singer herself, the new line has 14 fresh designs that echo Taylor’s honest sentiments and cover plenty of occasions. The summery images have a “traditional with a twist” look, and each card comes with a numbered butterfly icon, which is great for fans who want to collect each of the 43 cards in Taylor’s line.

“I’ve always been fascinated by feelings and how we express them to each other,” Taylor said. “Getting to write and design these cards is a wonderful experience.”

One of the cards in the collection features “13 Happy Things,” which is a reflection of Taylor’s lucky number 13. Another one of our favorites boasts a big red heart on the cover and says: “Confession — when we first met I kinda felt like I was going to pass out every time you smiled at me. That’s how into you I was… and that’s how into you I still am.”

Originally frontloaded to the spring, Jordin Sparks‘ tour calendar recently underwent a major overhaul.

More than a dozen concerts from her Battlefield Tour itinerary have been rescheduled for summer or cancelled outright, and several others are still awaiting a final decision.

The tour will not officially launch until June 1, though some spring performances remain on the books. At the moment, the summer trek’s first confirmed event is a rescheduled June 3 show at Starland Ballroom in Sayreville, NJ.

An April 23 show at Newport Music Hall in Columbus, OH, which would have launched the tour, is now cancelled. According to that venue promoter’s official Web site, refunds will be available from the original point of purchase through May 1. Also axed from the calendar is a May 6 performance at Main Street Armory in Rochester, NY.

According to Sparks’ official Web site, the changes are the result of “an effort to bring [the tour] to more cities throughout the country.” More tour dates are expected in the near future, with the summer 2010 routing eventually hitting about 35 national markets.

Oh Ticketmaster…they can’t leave the surprises up to the artists anymore it seems like. It appears as though the site has leaked out information that in fact Demi Lovato will be on tour this summer with American Idol runner up, David Archuleta. While I personally haven’t listened to his music yet, and the line-up is far from the Demi, Selena, Jonas Brothers tour that Selena had been noted as hoping for I think it will make for a great show none-the-less. Feel free to add Selena on as a special guest anytime though!
