Justin Bieber recently sent out invitations to his 16th birthday party on March 1 in Los Angeles.
The party will have sports such as paintball, basketball, sumo wrestling, laser tag, etc. However, kids are not allowed to go unless their parents sign a waiver that states, ’I fully understand my/minor’s participation may involve risk or serious injury or death.‘
The waiver also states, “I certify that my/minor is in good health and have no physical condition that would prevent participation in the activity.”
Justin has also made one thing abundantly clear — alcohol and smoking are strictly prohibited … and if a kid is caught with any junk, he or she will be ejected from the party.

Savvy from Savvy & Mandy celebrated her Sweet 16 in LA over the weekend at the yummy Geisha House! With guests including Samantha Droke, Savannah Outen, Debby Ryan and others all in attendance, the party was celeb packed and came complete with Savvylicious drinks, and chocolate cupcakes! Popstar! was also there and will have video of the special night up soon. Looks like fun!

Taylor Momsen celebrated her Sweet 16 last night in New York’s Hiro Ballroom with her friends, family, and her fans! Complete with cake and special guests, Taylor performed with her band ‘Pretty Reckless’ a concert during the night’s festivities and partied with those who paid $15 to spend the night with her. It looks like it was a great amount of fun, happy birthday!

Last night, Miranda Cosgrove celebrated her Sweet 16th Birthday by renting out Siren in Los Angeles for her family and friends. Popstar Magazine was lucky enough to be invited, and here’s what their staff had to say on the festivities!
Miranda’s bash was held at Siren in L.A. As we pulled up, we immediately saw Devon Werkheiser with his gorgeous blonde girlfriend and met up with Debby Ryan and her BFF. Debby looked radiant and said she was excited to have her own party coming up—she’ll have some fun tomorrow beautifying and has an amazing-sounding dress all picked out! LOVE HER.
Inside, there was a small room off to the side where we did some juicy interviews with Miranda’s celebriguests while eyeballing her massive cupcake mountain:
The stars came one after another—Keke Palmer, Josh Hutcherson, Victoria Justice (she teased us about gossiping that she and Josh are dating since they aren’t…okay, we get it!…and Josh joked that he wrote that story for us, hehe), Matt Shively (fashionably late), Angus T. Jones, Dylan & Cole Sprouse (supercute and tall), Ashley Argota, Jennette McCurdy, Nathan Kress and too many more to name! We also ran into Miranda’s old co-star Josh Peck (skinny and gorgeous) and complimented him on his critically-acclaimed movie role in The Wackness, to which he said graciously, “That’s lovely of you to say.”
The DJ had all the young stars dancing like crazy! Josh and Cole are EXCEPTIONALLY good dancers. Soon enough, the cake was presented and then there was a very special musical performance that thrilled the crowd.
Miranda had SO MANY gifts piled up for her and SO MANY close friends…it seemed like she was having the time of her life!

Although Miley Cyrus wanted a car for her Sweet 16 Birthday, her parents had something else in mind. The gift? MIley recieved her very own recording studio in her wing of their Toluca Lake home. How exciting!
“She didn’t want a Mercedes, she wanted a recording studio,” Billy Ray told Access Hollywood on the red carpet at the American Music Awards on Sunday night. Billy Ray says that Miley wanted a place to record at the house. “She’s been writing a lot of songs … a lot of really great material.”
Miley is very excited about the studio, saying “I think I get it tomorrow. I think it gets like all put in.”
Miley, You better show it off on the next Miley & Mandy show-it sounds amazing!
