Demi Lovato took a vacation this week to Mexico with her family for some much needed R&R during off time from filming her Disney show, Sonny With A Chance.
While on vacation, paparazzi took pictures of the seventeen year old enjoying beach activities, and captured images of the starlet with what appeared to be a tattoo.
Speculation questioned if it was really a tattoo under her breast, similar to her Disney best friend Miley Cyrus, or if it was just sand. Questions were answered with Demi took to Twitter to discuss her tattoo and the meaning behind it.
The tattoo, she addresses “says, ‘you make me beautiful’ from Bethany Dillon’s song ‘Beautiful’. That song changed my life.”

Miley Cyrus interview about writing music about loved ones in her life:
Is Liam the love of your life?Almost all the songs I wrote are about him. ‘Permanent December’ is about me, being almost everywhere. But if Liam isn’t with me, it feels like a December month because it’s dark and cold. I also wrote ‘Stay’ about him.
Earlier I was the one who worked in a relationship, but now Liam works all the time and that’s hard for me. I wanted to get his attention. Then Liam answered: ‘It’s not because I’m busy that I don’t love you.‘
I knew that but I didn’t want him to get on that plane. I wanted him to stay. And that’s what ‘Stay’ is about. That’s the coolest, I get to write songs for people who are important to me. & I wrote ‘My Heart Beats For Love’ about my best friend Scott. He’s gay and it’s a gay pride song for him.

While performing in Rio, Demi Lovato changed the lyrics in her song, Solo to say “Why don’t you just stick to the tambourine?” Joe Jonas is frequently associated with the instrument as he uses it in all Jonas Brothers concerts, and has coined the term, “Save a tambourine, bang a Jonas”
Sung at the 1:19 mark, Joe Jonas said that the two remain friends, but did the twenty-year-old give the truth a little twist?
After taking a break from recording late last year, Kanye West is set to release his fifth studio album, Good Ass Job, this fall.
Kanye’s comeback single, “Power” is reminescent of an un-auto-tuned “Love Lock Down” with deeper lyrics. Take a listen below and comment on what you think! “Power” will be available for download next week on iTunes.

Justin Bieber is very familiar with the number one spot, but the sixteen-year-old may start settling for a lower position with his latest song, “Rich Girl” which he collaborated with Soulja Boy Tell’ Em.
The teens’ collaboration came about after they met on iChat. The result of their new friendship can be found on Soulja Boy’s third album Dre. “He’s the truth. He reminds me of myself,” the rapper told Billboard of the pop sensation.
While Bieber makes the song as good as he can, the track quickly turns sour by hearing Soulja Boy for more than his fair share of the single. Listen below to judge for yourself, like it or leave it?

The cover art of Miley Cyrus’ upcoming album, Can’t Be Tamed has been released today. The seventeen year old who is seen in a bird cage with heels shows off her different image, complete of an “older” look that she is going for.
The debut single, also titled “Can’t Be Tamed” premieres tomorrow, with the music video premiere following on May 3rd.
California may not the “concrete jungle where dreams are made of” — unless of course we’re talking about Los Angeles — but Katy Perry still thinks her hometown deserves a new anthem.
Just like “Empire State of Mind” — the Grammy-winning hit native New Yorkers Jay-Z and Alicia Keys recorded for their beloved Big Apple last year.
In a new interview with Rolling Stone Magazine, Katy reveals that she has put down tracks on a single entitled “Californian Girl” — a response to “Empire State of Mind.”
“It’s so great that ‘Empire State of Mind’ is huge and that everyone has the New York song, but what the f**k? What about LA? What about California? It’s been a minute since we had a California song and especially from a girl’s perspective. We took the references of Prince, which is always a great reference, and some of the ’90s, almost house music references.”
Katy’s third album is expected later this year.
Quite different from their debut album, 3OH!3 is back with new music and gearing up for their Streets Of Gold album release which is due out this summer.
Becoming famous with their thrash and uncensored songs, the duo changed from channeling the younger Warped Tour crowds for a more radio friendly world. Trading in their GarageBand skills to be in recording studios with the likes of Katy Perry for ‘Starstrukk’ and Ke$ha for her song ‘Blah Blah Blah’, 3OH!3 finally premiered their upcoming music to show fans what they have been working on these past months.
Their first song released is titled, “House Party” a slightly less imaginative song on not wanting to go out, but have a party inside instead. With the lyrics bringing on nothing more than the basics, the chorus is complete with the following: “I’m going to have a house party in my house, I’m gonna pour booze down my mouth, I might stay up until the A.M., I think tonight I’m just going to stay in.”
Providing nothing more than a theme song for young high schoolers to play when they’re breaking the law via underaged drinking, 3OH!3 has seemed to quickly lose their older fan base, trading in headlining Warped Tour slots of over 5,000 fans just last summer, to trying to fill clubs on their own for their upcoming Too Fast For Love tour.
Only time will tell what is to come of 3Oh!3, we just hope eventually they’ll go back to the sound that made their fans fall in love with them. Check out their new song, “House Party” below, and let us know what you think of the song. Love it or Hate it?

3OH!3 helped teach boys lessons on Ke$ha‘s hit “Blah Blah Blah” and she’s returning the favor on the guys’ next album, Streets of Gold. “First Kiss” was recorded before Ke$ha stormed the charts with “Blah,” and it was actually the backdrop for the first meeting between the party-loving singer and the similarly celebration-happy duo.
3Oh!3′s Sean Foreman recalled how he and bandmate Nathaniel Motte were first introduced to the “Tik Tok” singer.
“We were working with our buddy Benny Blanco and Dr. Luke [on 'Kiss'], and we had a line for the song. It’s kind of a call and response, and Luke’s like, ‘I know this girl.’ We worked with her and we got a friendship since then,” he said.
“She’s rad,” Motte added. “The success she had with ‘Tik Tok’ was amazing.”
As of now this collaboration with Ke$ha is the only guest appearance on the album, which comes out in June. But the guys note that they’re open to inviting other artists into the studio.
“It’s nice to work [with friends], like when we worked with Katy Perry [on 'Starstrukk'],” said Foreman.
