Japanese director Ryuhei Kitamura has cast Lindsay Lohan to lead the cast of his upcoming 3D horror flick Black Friday — the tale of a man on a mission to avenge the death of his sister by seeking out the serial killer who killed her with the help of his friends.
Last month, Lohan was cast as groundbreaking adult film star Linda Lovelace in the upcoming film Inferno.

Lindsay Lohan is on course to complete her alcohol education classes.
The 23-year-old actress – who was ordered to complete the program as part of her 2007 sentence for cocaine use and driving under the influence (DUI) – is due to finish the classes by July, despite having missed some of the lessons.
A source said: “Lindsay will finish her alcohol education classes on time by July 2010.
“This date was set by Judge Marsha Revel, and even though there were some weeks that she missed class, Lindsay made up the class the following week by going twice.”
A report on her progress is currently being prepared.

Although Lindsay Lohan’s third album has yet to have any release plans, her song, “Can’t Stop, Won’t Stop” is still good enough to have soft releases on its own. The track which features much softer ranges for the singer, changes up her sound to sing a love on a love of which she can’t stop and won’t stop.
Lindsay Lohan needs to hire a new money manager – and fast!
Just a few weeks after she was deemed “broke,” the troubled starlet is now said to be over half a million dollars in debt.
“Lindsay owes credit cards $600,000,” a source told RadarOnline. “One card cut her off last week and it’s only a matter of time before all her other credit cards cut her off too.”
LiLo’s hard partying and dismal acting career are reportedly to blame for her lack of income. Her last film, “Labor Pains,” had one run on television before going straight to DVD.
Though she used to make a fair amount of money by doing club appearances, Radar reports that the 23-year-old hasn’t been receiving nearly as many invitations as she used to and is only being offered a reduced rate of $5,000 to $10,000.
“One credit card company is going to discuss a payment plan for Lindsay,” the source said. “But if she doesn’t have the income and can’t make her payments, they are prepared to sue her.”
Her landlord is said to have sent her a legal notice notifying her that she must pay her late rent, or else move out. As a result, Lohan reportedly paid the $23,000 she owed in order to avoid being homeless.
Sitting in a village two hours from Kolkata, Lindsay Lohan asks a woman how she felt when her duaghter called from Delhi to tell her she was being abused by child traffickers. “In the beginning you’re bound to get beaten, otherwise how would you learn anything?” she replies.
The craziness of this explanation may have been augmented through translation, but the message is clear enough.
Dismissing this programme as a grab for good publicity from a maligned megastar seems easy but Lohan handles the subject with all the dignity and it deserves. Apart from the extra publicity and contrast Lohan’s involvement demands, the fact that she is a global megastar is largely irrelevant. You don’t have to live in Beverly Hills to be shocked to hear of 11 year-olds being beaten regularly, working for 15 hours a day and earning nothing into the deal.

New music just came out from Lindsay Lohan! So far only a preview has been made available, but the song is called “Stuck” and features a ‘Tainted Love”-esque sound. In other words, it sounds great!
As of now, there is no word on a possible release date.
Lindsay Lohan is reportedly in talks to launch a line of handbags with Ed Hardy.
“Lindsay and the design team at Ed Hardy have mutual friends, and they knew she was interested in looking for a handbag license and partner,” our source says. “They thought she’d be a good fit and so did she.”
So far, it sounds like the collaboration is running smoothly. “As of last week, there are three collections in development and numerous more are expected,” our source says. “Lindsay is very directly involved with the project, and she’s always pulling things online and from magazines for ideas.”
This isn’t Lohan’s first involvement in the handbag business. In 2007, she was the celeb face of Jill Stuart handbags, and in 2004, she did the same for Dooney & Bourke.
She currently has her own line of leggings, labeled 6126, and self-tanning products called Sevin Nyne.
Lindsay Lohan has been in touch with her father Michael since his heart attack.
Michael suffered a minor heart attach earlier this week (16.03.10) but has heard from Lindsay, who he has often had public feuds with after he revealed private voicemail messages and discussed her health to the press.
He said: “I got a message from Lindsay which read, ‘OMG. Hope you are okay’ and my other kids have all been in contact with me too.”
However, 49-year-old Michael claims it will take more than a heart attack to end his life, admitting he has been through plenty of scrapes in the past.
He said: “I’ve been through a lot in my life, been to jail, various court cases, even drove a Ferrari over a cliff once, so it’s going to take a lot more than this to finish me off.”
Actress Lindsay Lohan, who has been to rehab three times, told OK! Magazine her stints in the centre were like a “vacation” for her because they were positive experiences.
“Well, the second two times I went into rehab, to be honest with you, I had to go because it was a court thing. It was an obligation. I had to do it to stay out of getting any jail time. And I took responsibility for that. And it was like a vacation.
“It was a nice time to shut everyone off for a while because there was so much noise. There were some things I had done… I had put myself in situations which I probably should have thought through.
“But it was a positive experience. When I was there it was like, there’s a lot of people that I know who should really be here now, not for drugs or alcohol abuse – just to learn about life. The world is nuts.”
And Lindsay says that despite her alcohol abuse in the past, she still occasionally has a celebratory drink, admitting: “It depends on the situation. I mean, yes…”
When we asked if she’s careful around booze, she added: “Yeah. I mean, mind you, my drinking was never more than… I mean, here’s the thing, I have friends who would get so wasted at college. I have never been one to get drunk and act like that, that’s not who I am.
“When I was in school I didn’t drink, or even try one, until I was probably 18. Literally, and I’m not lying about that. I’m just some sort of a target for some reason! I’m made out all the time to be the bad guy!”
A first glimpse into Lindsay Lohan’s trip to India in which she gives awareness towards the child trafficking issues the country faces.
Very passionate on the matter, Lindsay spoke to traffickers and provided an inside look into what horrific situations are occurring. The special documentary will air on the BBC.
