Pepper Spray Used At Latest All Time Low Concert

While performing at Six Flags, All Time Low performed as usual, performing songs, getting bra’s thrown on stage, and equally throwing their towels, and limited garments into the audience. Problems erupted during their Texas show on May 29th when fans who jumped the stage were pepper sprayed by security.

According to an Arlington police spokeswoman, an off-duty officer working security responded to a request to help near the stage where a scuffle broke out, presumably when two dozen kids started to fight over a hat.

“The cause of the altercation appeared to have been because the band had been throwing articles of clothing into the crowd and fans were rushing to the stage and tussling over those items,” the representative said, according to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

The officer commanded the teenagers to stop the increasingly violent scuffle, then saw a teen on the ground who could possibly get injured.

“Near the teen on the ground, the Arlington officer commanded one young man holding a baseball cap that had been thrown into the crowd to release it, which he refused to do.”

The officer pepper-sprayed the concertgoer, who was later treated.  So were those nearby who were affected by the cast-off spray.

Pete Wentz & Mark Hoppus Team Up For ‘Alice In Wonderland’ Song

Over the past week, Mark Hoppus and Pete Wentz have rekindled their Twitter relationship which mentioned two new mystery songs, the pair were working on together.

In an e-mail to MTV News, Wentz revealed that he and Hoppus had completed a song for the soundtrack to Tim Burton’s upcoming “Alice in Wonderland,” the same soundtrack that features a new song from All Time Low.

“We did a song for ‘Alice in Wonderland,’ [and we] might do a few more depending on when [Mark] goes in with Blink. [It] sounds nothing like Blink or Fall Out Boy. Mark understands songwriting on a completely different level. It’s awesome to have a chance to sit in a room with him and watch him work out a melody.”

Wentz added that, though he and Hoppus plan to record more songs, this isn’t the beginning of some new supergroup. It’s more like two friends getting together and jamming. After all, both of them have rather open schedules at the moment.

“It’s just for fun. It’s not a band or even a project at this state,” Wentz wrote. “I think between me getting Starbucks on TMZand him gearing up for a summer of Blink, we have a lot on our hands.”

A spokesperson for Walt Disney Records — who will be releasing the soundtrack — told MTV News that at the moment, no track list has been confirmed but an announcement will be made “in the coming weeks.”
