Sister singing duo Aly and AJ Michalka have a stalker.
A man has been arrested and charged with stalking the Disney stars after the girls woke up in the middle of the night to find the stranger prowling around their Calabasas, CA. home.
Aly and AJ — who now go by the name 78violet professionally — previously obtained a restraining order against Caesar Brantley, who was nabbed by cops violating that protective order outside the girls’ gated community early Thursday. Brantley has been charged with a felony charge of stalking and a misdemeanor charge of violating the sisters’ restraining order.

Ashley Tisdale and co-star Aly Michalka attended a cheer competition recently – most likely in order to do some research for their upcoming television show “Hellcats” which is about cheering!
Ashley took to Twitter with the picture above and Tweeted:
“@78violet and I at a cheer competition lol. So much fun! Their pretty amazing!”
Ashley will be playing the Hellcats squad team captain in the new CW show, and her character is described as “Peppy and Fiercely Intense” who recruits the new girl played by Aly Michalka. Ashley and Aly’s characters will work together to get to the championship.
Filming for the pilot has begun in Canada, no word yet on a premiere date.

Aly Michalka is growing up.
But not too much. The 19-year-old, best known from Aly & AJ, tells E! there’s not a chance in heck she’ll be stripping down for a movie.
“I don’t think it’s necessary,” Aly says. ”I think there are other ways to shoot a love scene or a sexy scene without taking your clothes off.”
However, she does get to stir things up a bit in the upcoming Easy A, opposite Superbad‘sEmma Stone.
“It’s a really quirky, raunchy comedy,” Aly said. “I play [Emma's] crazy best friend who has the worst mouth on her possible, definitely a different role for me. She cusses like a sailor.”
Aj Michalka flew to Kentucky where she will be filming a Walt Disney movie, Secretarist. The film is based on a true life story of Penny Chenery, owner of the racehorse Secretariat, who won the Triple Crown in 1973. Secretarist is set to be released October 8th, 2010.
