Leighton Meester stopped by “It’s On With Alexa Chung” for Tuesday’s (11.24) episode. The actress-aspiring pop star left Gossip Girl’s Blair Waldorf on the Upper East Side and hit Downtown Manhattan for her first performance of her breakout single, “Somebody To Love.
