I have been a jonas brothers fan since their first single “mandy.” I love them with all my heart and what I saw today on Youtube BROUGHT ME TO TEARS! I never cried so hard in my life. Its this video called Pray For Jonas. I watched it because I thought they were going to be nice to the Jonas Brothers, but it was the complete opposite. They beat up this poor young man who had a jonas brothers poster and then they made him BURN IT! It was so sad. Please we have to stop this, we have to make youtube take it down. THIS IS HORRIBLE! wow, that is so awe-strucking how humble taylor is. her modesty is my favourite trait of hers. i am glad she has such great best friends by her side.

Comment by fliesonthewall August 14, 2009 @ 2:39 amwell, a lot of people see miley, demi, or selena as someone real and amazing in teen hollywood. i don’t fall in that bunch. i think you know my reasons for those three:) with taylor, i see those qualities in her. i mean i could name a few things she does that makes me a little peevish but again, i think i would do the same things if i was her shoes. i just can’t relate to miley, demi, and selena much…unless you want to count the fact i like plaid and skinny jeans, and is a fan of hannabeth/jac vanek and paramore
Comment by [alice] August 14, 2009 @ 3:05 amreally? because i like taylor don’t get me wrong, but i see her as the most fake out of her demi miley, i think selena is the most, but taylor isn’t far behind. she always acts so humble which is a great thing, but crying over being able to perform on SNL and letting everyone know over and over how excited you are and how you don’t feel you deserve it, and award show after award show, it’s getting to the point where i know exactly how she’s going to act, and so i start thinking it is an act. it’s always ‘omg best thing everrrr’ instead of ‘what a wonderful blessing, thank you!’ i guess after the joe jonas breakup i just saw that she really does have a nasty (some may say open) side where she just put him down every chance she could, and if she can do that on TV in front of millions, i’m sure she can be just as cruel at home when she’s on the phone with her girlfriends etc.

anyways, i understand melissa, that taylor has a habit of being predictable and overly emotional. i just have a feeling i could trust her. maybe it stems from the days of pop princesses. mandy moore in the sea of all of those females was my favourite. her personality and attitude was very similar to taylor’s, very humble and awe-struck. i always remember award acceptance speeches from mandy where she’d always say she wasn’t worthy. i know mandy’s never had those “this is for my ex” songs, but overall, they remind me of each other. also, i know taylor is still bitter with the joe situation. i just try and think maybe there’s a valid reason for it. i don’t know. it’s just giving her the benefit of the doubt like you do with miley and demi despite what i think.
