According to the NY Post and OK Magazine, Hilary Duff has already begun filming her guest spot on Gossip Girl. According to the reports, Hilary arrived on the set with a batch of cupcakes:
“She was coming into a tight-knit group; she wanted to get off on the right foot.”
Hilary Duff’s first appearance in Gossip Girl will be on October 5, 2009. Hilary plays Olivia Burke, a movie star who enrols at NYU in order to have a ‘traditional college experience.’ She’ll be rooming with Vanessa (Jessica Szohr) and will have a romantic fling with Dan Humphrey (Penn Badgley).

The 2009 Emmy nominees were announced this morning and to Disney’s luck, two of their shows were nominated in the category of “Outstanding Children’s Programs”.
“Wizards of Waverly Place” and “Hannah Montana” were both nominated and are up against the Nickelodeon series iCarly. Congrats to all three shows, but who do you think will take home the win?

Radio Disney will debut Demi Lovato’s new album “Here We Go Again” on July 18th! We are just days away from the July 21st release and fans are getting very excited and so is Demi!
On Saturday, July 18th, @ 7:00 p.m. ET/4:00 p.m. PT you can catch the premiere during Radio Disney’s Planet Premiere. The album will be replayed on SUNDAY, JULY 19 (12:00 p.m. ET/9:00 a.m. PT) and can be streamed and listened to online at RadioDisney.com from SATURDAY, JULY 18 through FRIDAY, JULY 24.
During the broadcast, Radio Disney DJ Ernie D will interview Demi, while playing songs from her new album. Not only is this her sophomore album, but Demi is known for her role in “Sonny With a Chance” and “Princess Protection Program”. Her first album, “Don’t Forget”, was released in September 2008 on Hollywood Records. It debuted at #2 on the Billboard Top 200, selling over 89,000 copies in the first week and features three singles that have all been certified gold: “Get Back,” “La La Land” and “Don’t Forget.”
