In an era when a vapid teen sex comedy seems to be the plat du jour for adolescent actors, 15-year-old Kristen Stewart is charting her own much more interesting path through the system. The toughness and maturity of her performance four years ago as the diabetic daughter of a recently divorced woman played by Jodie Foster in David Fincher’s claustrophobic thriller Panic Room (2002) was enough to put the world on notice. Her work since, with directors ranging from Mike Figgis (Cold Creek Manor, 2003) to David Gordon Green (Undertow, 2004) and Jon Favreau (Zathura), has done nothing but enhance that impression. This year she will appear in three very different films: Griffin Dunne’s Fierce People, a family drama in which she stars opposite Diane Lane, Donald Sutherland, and Anton Yelchin; Jonathan Kasdan’s In the Land of Women, a romantic comedy with The O.C.’s Adam Brody and Meg Ryan; and The Messengers, from Hong Kong horror maestros Danny and Oxide Pang.

Alert the tabloids: Harry Potter actor linked to drug house! Twenty-two-year-old Robert Pattinson fondly recalls his time living in a “cool little ex-crack den” in London with best friend Tom Sturridge. He’s joking (we think) about their bad behavior as struggling young actors. “We spent the -better part of a year just getting drunk every night,” Pattinson admits. “I don’t know if that counts as ‘struggling.’ ” After the debauchery ended, Pattinson co-starred as Cedric Diggory in two Harry Potter movies. A former child model-he posed professionally from ages 12 to 15 (“when I stopped looking like a girl”)-Pattinson has been dubbed “the next Jude Law” in the British press. “I don’t really see the similarity,” he says. One opportunity to break out comes via next year’s Little Ashes, a Spanish drama in which Pattinson stars as the young Salvador Dalí. But first, there’s the vampire thriller Twilight, based on the popular teen books, in which Pattinson plays Edward, a 108-year-old bloodsucker in love with a high school girl. Horror fans are already stalking him. “It’s funny,” Pattinson says, “because teenage girls would say, ‘Oh, my God, you’re Cedric!’ It switched in a week to ‘Oh, my God, it’s Edward!’ Allegiances change so freely in the teen-girl world.” -MICHAEL MARTIN

Everyone knows Miley Cyrus is one of the most hard working teens in the industry today, and on top of managing her hit TV show, filming/promoting her box office hit move, working on new music, and being a normal teenager, somehow Miley had time to create an affordable fashion line with none other than Max Azaria! According to E Online, the “Miley Cyrus & Max Azria” label will include tops, pants, graphic tees, shoes and accessories all priced allowance-friendly and under $20. The goods will hit shelves, as well as Walmart.com, just in time for back-to-school shopping in early August—and her tour kickoff a few weeks later.
Wal-Mart is sponsoring the Miley Cyrus Live in Concert tour, launching Sept. 14 in Portland, Ore., and winding up 45 stops later in Miami.
On the clothing line, Miley says “I love creating looks that are all about personal expression and individuality, collaborating with Max Azria has been an amazing experience, and I’m really excited about launching this line with Wal-Mart. There’s even more to come!”

BFF’s Miley & Mandy made a new video of their ride to the MTV Movie Awards on Sunday where Miley was awarded Best Song In A Motion Picture. Love it!
Miley Cyrus will be hitting the road for a tour this fall. Featuring her brother’s band, Metro Station, Miley will be traveling across America to perform for her fans for the first time since the Best Of Both World’s Tour. Tickets go on sale to the public beginning Saturday, June 13th at 10 AM local. Ticket prices range from $39.50 – 79.50 plus fees and applicable service charges.
American Express members will have the opportunity to purchase advance tickets; Available through Ticketmaster from 10:00 AM local time Wednesday, June 10 through 10:00 PM local time Friday, June 12. Tickets go on sale to the general public beginning Saturday, June 13 at 10:00 AM local.
All tickets will be sold exclusively through paperless ticket delivery which means fans will not receive a physical concert ticket for their entry into the event. Buying paperless helps ensure fans have secure and convenient access to event tickets at the original sale price.

The Veronicas are in discussions to appear in their own reality series on MTV, Sydney Confidential has learned.
The proposed series, described as a “documentary-style” program, would offer fans of Australian-born rocker siblings Lisa and Jess Origliasso a behind-the-scenes look at their attempt to crack the international music market.
The Veronicas are no strangers to an American audience. In 2008, the girls appeared in ten webisodes of Yahoo!’s Pepsi Smash with The Jonas Brothers. They have also performed on The CW’s Beverly Hills, 90210 and the 2009 Miss USA pageant.
