On Tuesday, we started working on a new section we’re going to add to the site. Starting on Monday we will have a once a week interview posted with an upcoming young Hollywood act. So far we have 11 confirmed interviews, with three already completed and if you read SocialB enough they should all be familiar faces that hopefully we can further introduce the musical/acting side to them outside of just their latest Youtube video.
Yesterday we were lucky enough to share some quality time with the talented singer/songwritter/actress Katelyn Tarver and was later joined by Tiffany Thornton who is an absolute sweetheart. I was going to wait to post information on Katelyn until the interview was posted, but our vodpod decided to post the shoutout portion early, and Tiffany mentions interviews in her shoutout and I realized, why wait? : ) They’re both amazing young ladies and I strongly suggest giving Katelyn’s music a listen HERE, as she is a talent that shouldn’t go un-noticed.

Honor Society paid a visit to 93.3 to visit Frankie V yesterday (April 8th) in San Diego. Looking adorable the boys played a few songs and posed for pictures before making their way back to L.A. Returning soon, the gentlemen will be back for their ’Dan Siego’ show at the House of Blues later this month.

Mitchel Musso and Shawn Johnson have been friends for a little while now but it’s inevitable that dating rumors would eventually start…and recently they have. They’d make a cute couple, and they seem quite close already, do you think they are together?

16-year-old Miley Cyrus caught up with JJJ at a recent Hannah Montana: The Movie screening and dished about the latest dream she had. She shared,
“I woke up and someone was chasing me in the mall. This is going to sound really weird and really stalkerish, but Nick Jonas. The Jonas Brothers were having a concert and all their teenaged fans were attacking me. I was running and Nick tried to rescue me from it. He got me to their helicopter to escape. That was gold.”

This isn’t a typical young hollywood post, but I live near Angels Stadium and Nick Adenhart was my favorite player who I was fortunate to meet on many occasions at the local restraunts where he would hang out after games. He was a very sweet soul and sadly was killed this morning in a car accident by a drunk driver along with three others.
FULLERTON – Three people – including Angels pitcher Nick Adenhart – were killed and another person was seriously injured at an intersection in Fullerton early this morning in a three-vehicle crash that authorities said was caused by a motorist who ran a red light.
The Angels front office confirmed this morning that Nick Adenhart was one of the victims. Adenhart was killed in the crash just after midnight local time, after pitching in a loss against the Oakland Athletics. He got a no-decision after six scoreless innings, giving up seven hits, striking out five and walking three in just his fourth major league start. He pitched amazingly!
Originally drafted by the Angels in the 14th round of the June, 2004 draft, Adenhart was in his fifth professional season and made the Angels Opening Day roster for the first time. He opened the 2009 campaign with a 37-28 career minor league record and a 3.87 ERA (506.2 IP – 218 ER). Adenhart made his Major League debut last May 1 against Oakland. At the time, he was the youngest active-roster pitcher in the majors.
Adenhart earned his spot in the Angels rotation via a spring training in which he recorded a 3-0 record and a 3.12 ERA (26 IP – 9 ER) over the course of six starts. During that span, he struck out 18 while allowing only five base on balls.
The accident occurred at East Orangethorpe Avenue and South Lemon Street just after midnight, said Fullerton police Lt. Craig Brower.
The woman who died in the car with Nick was named Courtney Stewart. The name of the other person killed has not yet been released.
The driver of the van that apparently ran the red light, Andrew Thomas Gallo, 22, fled the scene, according to police. Gallo, of Riverside, was later arrested and charged with felony hit-and-run. The passenger in the van, Raymond Alexander Rivera, 21, was taken to Western Medical Center-Anaheim with minor injuries, according to Fullerton officer Laura Markoski.
I just saw him on Monday, and last night’s game he pitched excellent. The Angels have postponed tonights game due to the tragic event.

The beautiful Dustin Milligan finally wrote on his official site about being the only main cast member to be dropped from further episodes of 90210. I don’t understand why they let go one of the most popular characters, but apparently the CW doesn’t care. Dustin writes:

Being on 90210 was an incredible experience. The friendships I’ve been so fortunate to have made with both cast and crew alike are ones for which I am eternally grateful and, without a doubt, the memories I take with me of the time we shared over Season One will not be soon forgotten. Never have I had the pleasure of working with such a positive, good-natured and talented group and I wish them all the best in the future.Also, I have already begun growing my unemployment beard and, frankly, it looks striking.

Friends of singer Rihanna are concerned that the 21-year-old star has adopted a lifestyle of drinking and clubbing, and indulging in “reckless behavior” to cope with her domestic violence scandal with singer Chris Brown.
A NOW tipster tattles: “Rihanna’s really mixed up. Because she feels so distressed and helpless about the situation with Chris, she’s trying to take back some control by getting wasted and behaving recklessly. Partying stops her being left alone with her thoughts and depression.”
Rihanna enjoyed a binge drinking session duringa recent night out at Les Deux Café in West Hollywood
“Every time a waitress passed with shots, Rihanna would help herself to one. She was drinking them like they were water,” an eyewitness tells NOW. “She wants everyone to think that she’s over what happened and is getting on with her life, but inside she’s tormented. She often can’t sleep and when she does, she has nightmares.”

If Rihanna isn’t over what happened to her ( as she shouldn’t), in my opinion she should cooperate with the LAPD to ensure that Chris has steps taken to make sure he will not abuse Rihanna or other females in the future. Binge Drinking as well as violence is never the answer. I hope she can start to deal with the situation instead of hiding behind a bottle. She’s a beautiful, talented young star and deserves much more out of life.
