Billy Ray doesn’t just need Miley for attention…he uses his other children as well. Billy Ray poses on a “dog walk” with his son, Braison, and daughter, Noah. Perhaps I’m misinformed, but since when does it take three individuals to walk a dog, and furthermore why are they posing for Christmas pictures instead of walking that dog? At least Noah works that camera-you have tallent!

I have never seen people of them walking with their dogs, but they are normal people.. :/ It is normal to walk their dogs.
