Justin Gaston, better known as Miley’s older boyfriend sure seems to know how to party. Too bad for him he can’t legally party like this with 15 year old Cyrus. If Miley can’t drink or legally have sex…what do they do at these sleepovers of theirs? Scrabble and pizza….right?
